Tortoise found on Hermitage Road in Richmond

THis poor Tortie was found in the road- a busy 4 lane road in the Lakeside neighborhood of Richmond, VA. The tortie is being kept at RACC- 1600 Chamberlayne Ave, Richmond, VA 23222 (804) 646-5573.. I think this tortie may have run away from some uneducated owners.
